Shake well before using. Spray directly onto clean, dry skin, preferably on areas like your legs, feet, or arms, avoiding sensitive areas and mucus membranes. Gently massage the spray into your skin to help it absorb. A tingling sensation or white residue is normal, but you can rinse the area after 20 minutes if you experience discomfort. For maximum absorption, avoid showering or bathing for at least 30 minutes after application.
